Interest is payable semi-annually in arrears on January 6 and July 6 each year, and redemption at maturity was set at 100% of principal on 6 يناير 2027.

The senior notes carried no collateral and no guarantee, and the 2021 announcement gave them a rating of BB+ from Standard & Poor’s Financial Services LLC. The notes were listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited and offered in overseas securities markets, including Europe and Asia, outside Japan and the United States, with offerees limited to institutional investors excluding U.S. persons. SoftBank said in the 2021 announcement that the proceeds would be used for repayment of indebtedness, including short-term and long-term indebtedness, and for general corporate purposes, including the maintenance of a cash position for redemption of outstanding notes due over the next two years and for new investments.
