The firm should leverage innovative solutions to drive efficiency and reduce employees’ workloads.

The firm will need to take responsibility for its actions to date and make immediate changes that the public can recognize to build confidence. Most importantly, Boeing needs to stop having ex-employees who are on their way to testify against the firm suddenly die.
