Securitize added 13 U.S. equities to Securitize Stocks on 2 november 2026, expanding the onchain offering to 25 stocks for eligible investors in the United States, European Union and other permitted jurisdictions, according to Securitize’s expansion announcement.

The second wave adds security entitlements to shares of Arista Networks (ANET ), Flex Ltd. (FLEX ), Exxon Mobil, GameStop, Johnson & Johnson (JNJ ), Lockheed Martin (LMT ), Lumentum, Merck & Co., Salesforce, Seagate Technology (STX ), Texas Instruments (TXN ), The Walt Disney Company (DIS ) and Uber Technologies (UBER ).

The additions join the 12 equities included in the 8 oktober 2026 launch of Securitize Stocks.

Security Entitlements and Conversion

Securitize said each token is backed one for one by an underlying share and represents a security entitlement under UCC Article 8. The company said the structure preserves applicable rights and economic benefits, including dividends and voting rights where the underlying class carries them, rather than providing only exposure to the stock’s price. It also said shares backing Securitize Stocks are not lent out.

The tokens use a convertible entitlement token structure. If an underlying company adopts issuer-sponsored tokenization, investors can convert their security entitlements into shares recorded on that company’s register through Securitize’s transfer-agent partnerships, according to the company. Holders are not registered shareholders of the underlying issuer unless they convert. The underlying companies have not sponsored, endorsed or issued the tokens, and no new shares are issued in connection with the offering.

Carlos Domingo, Securitize’s chairman and CEO, said: “Our vision is to make U.S. equities available to investors globally, with the same rights and protections they expect from traditional markets.”

Trading and Regulatory Arrangements

Securitize said the stocks trade on Solana, transactions settle in USDC and Jump Trading supports liquidity infrastructure. Trading is initially available beyond traditional market hours, and the company plans to move toward 24/7 availability.

In the United States, the security entitlements are held through Securitize Markets, LLC, an SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA/SIPC member that offers secondary-market trading. Securitize said this trading operates under existing U.S. securities laws and does not need to rely on the SEC’s Innovation Exemption.

EU customers hold their interests through Securitize Europe Brokerage and Markets, S.V., S.A. The nature of those interests is governed by the entity’s client terms and applicable EU and Spanish law. Availability is limited to eligible investors in permitted jurisdictions and remains subject to securities laws, sanctions requirements and other restrictions.

Planned Trading Venues

Securitize expects the stocks to trade on the 24/7 digital trading venue being developed by the New York Stock Exchange, subject to the venue’s launch and applicable regulatory and operational requirements. The company also said the offering is designed for compatibility with Tokenized Securities Venues, including the upcoming OKXICE venue, as contemplated by the SEC’s Innovation Exemption.

Neither the NYSE nor OKXICE venue has launched. Trading on them is subject to regulatory approval and venue review and may not occur, while availability on Tokenized Securities Venues also depends on eligibility, issuer review and operational requirements.
