Harbor

Overview

Harbor is a Californian company based out of San Francisco.  This company was launched in 2017, and has since become a driving force behind the digital securities sector.

Harbor has developed a series of solutions which facilitate the creation, issuance, management, and trading of digital securities.  All done in a regulatory compliant manner in a variety of jurisdictions.

Recognizing the unique challenges within the world of digital securities, Harbor took it upon themselves to develop the ‘R-token'.  This is a protocol which is tailor built for digital securities.  Based off ERC-20 standards, the R-token provides issuers to tweak token attributes, while remaining compliant.

In the process of getting to where they are today, Harbor has successfully raised over $40 million from a variety of investors.  These include, but are not limited to,
