Yield Guild Games (YGG) announced on Monday that its team successfully added a set of 10 new fun Play To Earn (P2E) games to their roster of partners. However, the project wanted to explore different genres this time, such as farming simulations, racing games, move-to-earn games, as well as MMORPGs.

The project, which is a decentralized autonomous organization that invests in virtual non-fungible tokens, has the goal of developing the world’s largest virtual economy, optimizing its assets to maximize utility, and sharing revenue with its stakeholders. Now, in the decentralized gaming sector, YGG built an entire community of players and investors, both of whom make money by investing in NFTs that are used in blockchain-based games and virtual worlds.

So, the more games there are, the better it is for the project. And, the effects of adding a new group of games have already been felt. The YGG price has already shot up by over 17% in the last 24 hours alone, with an even greater surge happening over the weekend.

On Sunday, the project’s price went from $0.55 to $0.75. As the week progressed, the price corrected under the influence of the bear market, dropping back to $0.6. However, as of early Wednesday, June 29th, the price once again shot up to $0.75, which is where it is right now, still troubled by this resistance, but managing to stick to it.

Which new games can YGG users access?

Now, when it comes to the games that the project added, they are quite diverse. One of them is called Fancy Birds, and it is pretty much a spiritual successor of the famous Flappy Bird that went viral years ago. However, this one allows users to earn while playing, and it offers the same addictive game mechanics.

Another game is called MnkeyBall, which is a fast-paced, turn-based arcade football NFT game built on Solana. It mixes the elements of FIFA Street and Final Fantasy, making itself quite unique and interesting.

Then, we have Heroes of Mavia, which is an MMO strategy that has similar fantasy elements as Clash of Clans, where players build and grow their bases, train their armies, and battle others across the Mavia island. This one is followed by Nyan Heroes, which is a third-person shooter, also from Solana, where players called cat-like creatures called Nyans, and their giant robot counterparts.

Following that, we have Synesis One, which is a DAO for gamified data farming, and an NFT data marketplace for AI. This project brought a new way for NFT holders to earn rewards by playing games, and at the same time, training AI in natural language. After that, YGG added Solarbots, which is a social RPG, promising an immersive gaming experience. Players can choose different roles in different factions, and use their skills in a fully player-controlled and resource-oriented game economy.

The seventh game that the project added is a racing game called Nitro League, where you can race competitively and earn tokens. The eight entry is simply called METALCORE, and it is a mecha combat game where players engage in PVP mega-battles and fight on behalf of their faction. In the ninth spot, we have Civitas, which is a community-driven strategy game where players are meant to do 4X — Explore, Expand, Exploit, and Exterminate. Essentially, it is a game where you grow your own city and battle others.

Lastly, YGG’s 10th addition is a game called Castle Crush — another strategy game, although this one is quite unique, as well as very popular, with over 75 million downloads.
