Last weekend, CoinAcademy organized an IRL event that took place in Paris, attracting dozens of blockchain and Web3 enthusiasts, primarily from the French crypto/blockchain community. However, among them was also the representative of Ultra (UOS), the company’s co-CEO, known as David. With the event concluded, Ultra’s executive decided to share his thoughts and impressions regarding the event.
Our team had a good time at the CoinAcademy IRL event in📍Paris last Saturday, organized by @coinacademy_fr.🙏

Ultra’s Co-CEO’s comments on the CoinAcademy’s event
The event took place last Saturday in Kimpton St Honore as the venue, and CoinAcademy used this opportunity to offer panels and presentations concerning cryptocurrencies, NFTs, trading on decentralized platforms, DAOs, and launching crypto or NFT projects in a year such as 2022, and alike.
The first thing that David noted and noticed is that the event was visited by many Ultra fans, or, at least, many who were familiar with the project and its goals. In other words, Ultra seemingly has a good foothold in the French crypto community, which, on this occasion, allowed for some deeper conversations and questions about the project and its technology.
David further noted that Ultra’s capability of achieving zero-fee transactions was seemingly the most attractive and confusing part for the community members. However, this only allowed David an opportunity to further explain the project’s model and help community members understand how Ultra’s technology works, in detail. This also led the community to learn that users will not necessarily require cryptocurrencies for some of the transactions within the platform. Ultra expects that this might be helpful for onboarding users, simply by allowing them to understand the platform separately from the blockchain and complex blockchain concepts such as secret keys, gas, trading fees, and alike.
The French community is becoming increasingly open to crypto
However, David was impressed the most with how CoinAcademy educates people on blockchain technology, noting that the event itself was organized in a great way to support this and push adoption. As a result, he expects great things from the CoinAcademy team in the future. That includes all conferences that the team might organize moving forward, and also initiatives that will include the French community.
Some nations seem to have naturally curious, open, and accepting people, which is where strong communities tend to form. These communities then produce developers, traders, investors, influencers, and others whose participation tends to have very positive effects on the future of the industry. The French community is like that, and its openness to these new technologies could make France one of the countries with the most advanced and accepting communities globally.
David noted that the community seems to be full of creative people who are willing to innovate and grow a bubbling startup ecosystem. On Ultra’s part, the project, as well as David himself, noted the intention to participate in as many of the upcoming events as possible, use them to spread the word of Ultra, encourage developers to use Ultra’s technologies, and create innovative products.
