Overview

Through their designation as a U.S based broker/dealer, MicroVentures is able to offer a variety of services.

MicroVentures describe themselves as a combination between venture capital, and equity crowdfunding.  This unique approach has allowed for them to open public investment opportunities that are truly attainable.  By attainable, it is meant that investment opportunities can be taken advantage of with as little as $100 from both accredited and non-accredited investors.

Beyond lowering the barriers of investment, MicroVentures is not only helping investors, but startups as well.  Startups utilizing their platform are able to gain access to a much larger pool of investors, increasing the likely hood of a successful raise.

In the 10 years since their operations began, MicroVentures has assisted in over 250 varying opportunities.

Company operations are overseen by CEO, Bill Clark.  He has leveraged his 20 years experience in finance, and 10 years in crowdfunding, to create a promising company with a bright future.
