StoneX Signs Deal to Acquire Colombian Coffee Trader Integra Trading

StoneX Group Inc. (SNEX ) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Integra Trading S.A.S., a coffee trader, exporter, and bean processor with extensive capabilities in Colombia, according to the company’s investor-relations announcement dated October 2, 2026. The acquisition will be made through StoneX’s Switzerland-based trading entity and integrated into the StoneX Supply & Trading physical commodities business. StoneX said the combination is expected to be immediately accretive. The announcement did not disclose a purchase price or other financial terms.
Founded in 2015 and led by founder Manuel Rueda, Integra operates a certified processing mill near Medellín in Colombia’s Antioquia region and runs a Miami-based sales hub. The announcement states that the company holds several internationally recognized quality, food-safety, and sustainability certifications, including Organic, Rainforest Alliance, Fair Trade USA, Fair Trade International, 4C, Colombia’s Protected Geographical Indication (IGP), and U.S. FSMA compliance. StoneX described Integra as a Colombia-focused coffee company with more than 15 years of industry experience and a state-of-the-art coffee processing and storage facility near the Medellín region.
StoneX said the transaction will accelerate growth by connecting Integra’s origination and milling capabilities to StoneX’s global client base, risk-management platform, and financial resources. According to the company, the deal expands its direct origination and processing footprint in a key coffee-producing country, increases access to high-quality Arabica coffees, and creates a more integrated platform from origin to end market. Together, those capabilities are expected to support higher volumes, enhance margins, and strengthen StoneX’s ability to deliver value across the global coffee supply chain, the company said.
Brent Grecian, CEO of StoneX Supply and Trading, said Integra gives StoneX “a ‘boots on the ground’ presence at origin in Colombia, a licensed exporter, an owned processing mill, and a team with deep grower relationships.” Grecian called the deal a natural extension of StoneX’s physical coffee business and said it is expected to contribute from day one while giving clients a more direct, traceable, and sustainable supply chain.
Rueda said: “Joining StoneX gives our business the capital, platform, and global reach to grow well beyond what we could achieve on our own.” He added that Integra is keeping its team and origination model intact while gaining direct access to end-user clients around the world.
Integra’s Export Growth and Processing Operations
Integra’s corporate website states that Rueda, its managing partner and CEO, started the company in 2015 after building and helping grow some of the largest multinational coffee businesses in Colombia. In 2016, the company made its first exports to the United States, and in 2017 it made its first asset investment, a mill in Amagá, Antioquia, about 40 kilometers outside Medellín. The mill, named La Bonita (“the beautiful one”), sits in Colombia’s westernmost cordillera and, the company states, holds a state-of-the-art production line that guarantees its coffee selection from start to end.
Integra states that it exported approximately 100,000 bags in 2020, a figure it says roughly doubled by 2022, when it surpassed 200,000 bags. In 2023, the company opened a representative office in the United States. Its website lists a leadership team that includes Chief Operating Officer Juan Pablo Pinilla, Mill Manager and Quality Control head Julio César García Mozo, Administrative and Accounting Coordinator Yaneth Camargo, Sustainability Coordinator Angie Paola Celis Duarte, and Logistics Coordinator Monica Hincapie. The company also states that it holds most of the highest coffee certifications, including fair trade, organic, and RFA, and that it invests privately in long-term sustainability initiatives.
StoneX’s Existing Coffee Business
StoneX said the acquisition deepens Supply & Trading’s physical coffee business with direct access to one of the world’s premier coffee-producing countries. On StoneX’s coffee business page, the company states that it sources green coffee beans primarily from Brazil, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Tanzania and resells them to roasters around the world. Its physical coffee trading operation provides direct sourcing of commercial and specialty coffee with end-to-end logistics, financing, and risk-management solutions, while StoneX Specialty Coffee offers green coffee buyers spot purchases, forward contracting, import logistics, quality control, warehousing, and inventory management. The company lists offices in key coffee-producing regions as well as Miami, Brazil, Colombia, London, and Singapore, and it offers a commodity sale-and-repurchase program that can provide incremental working-capital liquidity.
The Integra agreement follows StoneX’s August 19, 2026, acquisition of Advanced Marketing Group LLC, a Wilsonville, Oregon-based merchandiser of feed and pet-food ingredients and organic fertilizer founded in 2010. That business, whose roughly 20 trading and operations professionals work across four U.S. states and Canada, was integrated into StoneX Supply & Trading’s feed ingredients capabilities.
The companies did not announce an expected closing date for the Integra transaction.
