For Existing ICX Holders

Buying SODA on an exchange is different from migrating ICX. Self-custody holders should use the official SODAX migration interface and verify the current instructions before connecting a wallet. The official conversion ratio is 1 ICX to 1 SODA, but exchange-led migrations follow each venue’s timetable.

Before You Buy SODAX

SODA is the successor token to ICON’s ICX. Self-custody holders can use the official SODAX migration flow to convert ICX to SODA at a 1:1 ratio. The ICON network stopped emissions and validator rewards in March 2026 and is operating in maintenance mode during the migration.

SODA operates on Sonic. Before buying or transferring it, verify the current ticker, network, and contract address through the official SODAX token page. Exchange support is limited and venue-specific, so do not send ICX or SODA to an address until both sides name the same network.
