Securitize, Inc. on October 8, 2026 announced the launch of Securitize Stocks, tokenized U.S. equities backed one for one by underlying shares and structured as security entitlements, initially trading on the company’s registered broker-dealer platform on Solana for eligible investors in the United States, European Union and other permitted jurisdictions worldwide.

The initial offering includes security entitlements to shares of AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, GOOG, TSLA, META, AMZN, NFLX, CRCL, SPCX, MSTR and PLTR. Securitize selected Solana as the launch network, with transactions settling in USDC. The tokens are offered by Securitize Markets, LLC, a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation, and in the European Union by Securitize Europe Brokerage and Markets, S.A. Access remains subject to onboarding, KYC/AML checks, jurisdictional eligibility and applicable securities laws, as well as sanctions requirements and other restrictions.

Each token is backed 1:1 by an underlying share and represents a security entitlement under UCC Article 8, preserving applicable rights and economic benefits including dividends and, where the underlying class carries them, voting rights. According to Securitize, that structure sets Securitize Stocks apart from products primarily designed to track a stock’s performance. Shares backing the tokens will not be lent out. The company said the tokens are designed to support additional onchain utility over time, including supported lending and collateral markets such as Aave.

Securitize Stocks use a convertible entitlement token, or CET, structure. When a company adopts issuer-sponsored tokenization, investors can convert their security entitlements into actual shares recorded on that company’s register through Securitize’s partnerships with transfer agents. The offering’s disclosures state that holders are not registered shareholders of the underlying issuer unless they convert, and that the issuers of the underlying securities have not sponsored or endorsed Securitize Stocks.

“Tokenized stocks should give investors more than a price on a wrapper that tracks a stock and is only offered offshore,” said Carlos Domingo, Chairman and CEO of Securitize. He said the design is intended to bring equities onchain without leaving behind the ownership, investor protections and market infrastructure that make U.S. capital markets work, while creating a bridge for issuers to participate directly in tokenization.

Trading Venues and Market Infrastructure

At launch, Securitize Stocks trade through the company’s existing Solana PropAMM, with Jump Trading serving as a market maker to support liquidity, price discovery and execution consistent with applicable market requirements. Trading is initially available during extended hours, and Securitize said it plans to move toward 24/7 availability. The tokens trade alongside issuer-sponsored tokenized equities, including Securitize’s own tokenized common stock, SECZ, which has traded on networks including Solana since the company’s NYSE listing in July 2026.

A spokesperson for Jump said PropAMMs on Solana have demonstrated that onchain markets can deliver tight spreads, deep liquidity and transparent price discovery at significant scale, and that the firm is bringing that technology to Securitize Stocks to help build efficient, liquid markets for tokenized U.S. equities.

Securitize said the tokens are also expected to trade on the new 24/7 digital trading venue being developed by the New York Stock Exchange, subject to that venue’s launch and applicable regulatory and operational requirements. The tokens are additionally expected to be available on the OKXICE Tokenized Securities Venue, which Securitize describes as combining OKX’s blockchain technology and global reach with the regulatory experience and institutional connectivity of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE ), the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, with plans to unlock 24/7 trading, instant settlement and self-custody of exchange-listed securities in a permissioned environment.

“OKXICE is being built for exactly this kind of product: unlocking 24/7 access to U.S. stocks for global investors while preserving the full shareholder rights, protections and economic benefits they expect,” said Andrew M. Cuomo, Co-Chair of OKXICE.

The announcement’s disclosures state that the NYSE and OKXICE venues have not launched, that trading on those venues is subject to regulatory approval and venue review and may not occur, and that Securitize reserves the right to withdraw listings from venues as needed or required.

Ripple Prime plans to support the launch and explore opportunities to incorporate the assets into its broader institutional trading ecosystem. Noel Kimmel, President of Ripple Prime, called the launch an important next step for tokenized capital markets. Securitize said the tokens will connect with established securities-market infrastructure for clearing, custody and settlement; Michael Sanocki, CEO of RQD, said his firm is supporting Securitize as it builds a framework designed to connect onchain markets with the infrastructure underlying traditional equities. Aave founder Stani Kulechov said tokenized equities could become increasingly useful across onchain markets, including through lending and collateral applications. Nick Ducoff, GM, Institutional at the Solana Foundation, said the launch shows what becomes possible when real securities and shareholder rights are combined with fast, efficient blockchain infrastructure.

Regulatory Backdrop and Company Position

Securitize said the offering is designed to be consistent with SEC guidance on tokenized securities, with secondary market trading offered in a regulated manner through its broker-dealer without the need for exemptions. The tokens are also expected to be eligible for trading on Tokenized Securities Venues as contemplated by the SEC’s Innovation Exemption.

The Securities and Exchange Commission on September 17, 2026 issued the Innovation Exemption, a temporary, conditional order exempting Tokenized Securities Venues from the definition of “exchange” in the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to trade tokenized National Market System stock through permissioned automated market makers and liquidity pools. The order’s conditions include limits on the number of symbols and volume traded, verification that a tokenized stock provides holders the same rights and privileges as traditional stock of an equivalent class, written notice and an opportunity to object for issuers whose stock is tokenized by an unaffiliated third party, smart contracts that are auditable, public and deployed on a public, permissionless distributed ledger, trading halts concurrent with any stoppage on the primary listing exchange, and public notice of operations. The order also conditionally exempts liquidity providers in those pools from the Exchange Act’s “dealer” definition, is set to expire five years after publication, and solicits public comment.

Securitize reports approximately $5 billion in assets under management as of September 2026 and tokenized-fund partnerships with asset managers including Apollo, BlackRock, BNY, Hamilton Lane (HLNE ), KKR and VanEck. The company describes itself as the only company operating regulated digital-securities infrastructure in both the United States and the European Union.
