Agility Robotics Debuts on Nasdaq With $465 Million in Gross Capital

Agility Robotics announced on November 5, 2026, that its common stock and warrants would begin trading that day on Nasdaq under AGLT and AGLTW, respectively, following completion of its business combination with Churchill Capital Corp XI. The business combination and related financings represented approximately $465 million in gross capital raised before transaction expenses.
The financing includes proceeds from a private investment in public equity led by Foxconn and $100 million of equity funding received before closing. Agility plans to use the proceeds to fulfill customer orders, expand commercial deployments, scale Digit production and continue developing its integrated robotics and physical AI platform.
The company characterizes itself as the first U.S. publicly listed pure-play humanoid robotics company with proven, active commercial deployments. Its operating history comes from Digit deployments with GXO, Schaeffler and Toyota Motor (TM ) Manufacturing Canada, while the next-generation Digit 5 remains on a future delivery schedule.
Committed Orders Depend on Digit 5 Delivery
Agility reports more than $300 million in committed multi-year orders for Digit 5, subject to contractual milestones, product features and specifications. Those commitments are not realized revenue. The distinction matters because their fulfillment depends on a platform that is not yet generally available.
Existing deployments provide the operating base behind those orders. Agility reports nearly three years of real-world deployment experience and more than 65,000 hours of operation. At a Georgia logistics facility operated with GXO, Digit has moved more than 100,000 totes. GXO’s expanded partnership covers two additional U.S. logistics facilities, with deployments expected in early 2027.
AGCO has signed a commercial agreement for a Digit pilot expected to begin in 2027. Three unnamed enterprise manufacturing customers are also participating in paid programs for specific applications, while Agility reports an active pipeline of more than 30 prospective customers across automotive, manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, consumer products and defense. That pipeline consists of prospects, not committed orders.
CEO Peggy Johnson connected the listing to the work already underway, saying: “Digit is doing real work in customer operations today, taking on repetitive, physically demanding tasks.”
Production Plans Run Through 2027
Digit 5 was unveiled in September 2026. Early customer access is expected in the first half of 2027, with general availability targeted for the end of that year. Agility says the design incorporates cycloidal actuator technology for repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds, interchangeable end effectors and expanded manipulation capabilities. It is designed for cooperatively safe work near people and to handle a broader range of industrial tasks.
The company also plans to standardize Digit 5’s onboard compute on NVIDIA IGX Thor and expand integration of NVIDIA Halos safety technology. FORT Robotics supports development of safety systems for industrial environments. Nyobolt’s battery technology is designed to enable a nine-minute recharge and more than 20 hours of productive work within a 24-hour day, design targets distinct from reported operating results.
The production plan rests on infrastructure Agility has built and is expanding. RoboFab, its 70,000-square-foot facility in Salem, Oregon, is designed for annual production capacity of up to 10,000 robots, a measure of capacity rather than current output. A 50,000-square-foot Pittsburgh expansion is intended to strengthen software, AI, deployment and customer support. Agility Arc, the company’s cloud-based platform, is designed to manage robot fleets and integrate them into customer operations.
The Nasdaq debut brings substantial capital and disclosed customer commitments into the same business, but it also makes the delivery schedule central. Current Digit deployments supply operating experience, while the largest order figure depends on milestones and a product whose broader availability remains targeted for 2027. Turning those conditional commitments into deployed robots, while scaling production toward RoboFab’s designed capacity, is the immediate commercial test established by the listing.
