Gamestarter

Gamestarter is a blockchain project that offers an entire gaming ecosystem, including a game studio focused on building high-quality blockchain games. The project adds liquidity, player-ownership through NFTs, and new funding resources. The project recently announced that it is preparing to host a brand new IDO, during which a project called Caduceus will be offering its tokens.

Caduceus IDO is coming on Gamestarter

According to Gamestarter’s Twitter announcement, the registration for the IDO will start in only two days, on July 18th, at 11 am UTC. The IDO itself will then start on July 20th, at 2 pm UTC, and it will last for 24 hours, ending at 2 pm UTC on July 21st.

The project also posted a more detailed announcement on its Medium, explaining that Caduceus is a metaverse protocol for decentralized edge rendering and an infrastructure-level open blockchain platform built specifically for the metaverse and decentralized digital world. It uses decentralized rendering and edge computing in combination with extended-reality tech to allow developers, users, and creators to experience metaverse in a brand new way.

The project also noted that the registration, which starts on July 18th, will either close when the $25 base allocation is reached or on July 20th at 11 am UTC. Lottery winners will also be announced at this same time, and the IDO will start three hours later.

There will also be an FCFS round held on July 21st at 1 pm, an hour before the IDO officially ends. Caduceus will offer a token called CMP, where each token will cost $0.8. There will be a total of 30.000 CMP on offer, with the total allocation being $24,000.

What else do you need to know about the upcoming IDO?

Gamestarter’s announcement also says that users can stake their GAME token to access the IDO and earn GAME rewards simultaneously. However, it stressed that only BEP-20 GAME tokens are accepted on the IDO. Furthermore, KYC will also be provided in the registration panel, which is why participants need to ensure that they have a valid document and either a mobile or computer camera at hand.

KYC confirmation might take a while, however, as the project noted that it can last from 2 minutes to 6 hours. Participants can use a driver’s license, but if they opt to use their passports, they are likely to receive a confirmation faster. Also, Gamestarter noted that there are some countries that are not allowed to participate, including Afghanistan, Cuba, Burundi, Guinea, Central African Republic, Guinea Bissau, Lebanon, Iran, Libya, Iraq, Nicaragua, Mali, North Korea, Myanmar, Somalia, Palestine, Sudan, South Sudan, Tunisia, Syria, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Yemen, and the Ukraine regions of Crimean and Sevastopol.

Also, the US is partially restricted, with the project noting that American citizens may participate only if they submit to full legal guidelines. The participation will then be decided individually due to specific US laws that could cause problems for the project(s) under specific conditions.
