Overview

seriesOne is a Miami based crowdfunding platform.  This SEC regulated company specializes in bringing investors access to pre-vetted digital securities offerings (DSOs).

seriesOne describes their services in the following manner.

“seriesOne offers financing options that give investors a viable alternative to put their money to work while providing companies new ways to generate the capital they need to grow and expand. Making it possible for investors and companies to join forces to achieve their individual financial goals is what seriesOne does. This is financing unchained.”

In an attempt to deliver a more polished product, seriesOne has made news in early 2019, as they have established relationships with both Vertalo and Polymath.  In these instances, Vertalo will provide their cap-table services to seriesOne, while Polymath will see seriesOne adopt their ST-20 token standard.
