Overview

Issuance is a young company which has developed a marketing platform meant to act as a bridge between token issuers and qualified investors.

The team at Issuance has recognized the game-changing potential of digital securities, and have been busy at work developing services to serve this sector.

Issuance utilizes an aggregator platform, which puts the various STOs/DSOs being hosted on different issuance platforms, all in one place.  Accredited investors benefit through the increased efficiency of seeing their options in one place.  Issuers benefit through increased exposure.

To date, Issuance has managed to establish various strategic partnerships, in an effort to expedite their development.  Some of the companies which Issuance has formed partnerships with are as follows,

Beyond simple partnerships, Issuance have acquired CrowdFundX (a popular crowdfunding platform), in addition to recieving investments themselves.  PCG Holdings saw the potential in Issuance and invested in the company.
