Through use of the Ethereum blockchain, Capexmove allows companies to issue debt through blockchain.  In doing so, borrowers are able to leverage traditionally illiquid assets as collateral, in exchange for capital.

Recognizing the benefits of increased liquidity, Capexmove has chosen to issue its digital securities as ERC-20 tokens.  In doing so, they will be easily tradable by investors across secondary markets, resulting in the aforementioned liquidity.

Capexmove states the following as their companies mission,

  • improved access to lending markets
  • improved data quality
  • reduced info asymmetries
  • enhanced price discovery
  • increased efficiency

Capexmove maintains company operations in London, United Kingdom.  Here operations are overseen by CEO, Dario Scarcella.
